Customer Complaint

Company is accusing us of smoking in their facility which did not occur. They are claiming to have photo/video proof of us smoking in their room which isn't possible unless they illegally have cameras in their room as well as it did not happen. We rolled tobacco/marijuana INSIDE the room but it was not smoked or lit inside of the room what so ever as we had children PRESENT in the room with us our whole stay. They are making false allegations as well as took money from our account without notice of any kind. We had nothing but issues from arrival to check out with the location and they are not wanting to send us the proof they have against us either. With the holidays they stole what we had to give for Christmas at this point from our children and we just want this right and our money back as we did nothing of any kind with our children present in the room with us. Resolution Sought Just simply give us our money back and not make false allegations any longer. It's 250.00 of they millions I'm sure they make.
