This Marriott hotel overcharged me multiple times

This hotel charged me for nights I paid with points 3 different in a matter of a week. Made up pet fees, the hotel disrespected me multiple times and taunted me with police in the middle of the night, my belongings were out outside of the hotel exposed to rain and sprinklers for longer than 24 hrs, I was stranded and was forced to be outside because I couldn't cash my check in the middle of the night. I had my family with me. I am a loyalty guest and a recent Marriott employee, and the hospitality and theft that I sustained was abusive and in humane. Do not stay here. The manager himself said word for word I don't give a bleep about Marriott standards. He was condescending and disloyal to the Marriott brand.

Booked on 5th night and was being charged more money than agreed when I reserved the room. Decided not to accept the services. They had overcharged me on my previous stay, got the refund after calling the Corporate Office. The lady said I did not have to pay as I did not use their services, and that my card will not be charged. But they went along and charged me!
