Do yourselves a favor and avoid Fairfield Properties.

Fairfield Properties is probably the largest development managers in the Metro area AND the largest Crooks to match it. Not only are new owners required to pay a $500 "move in fee" yet sellers are required to pay a $250 "move out fee"!!!!! plus a $100 expediting fee to obtain a closing form to complete the sale, it's nothing short of robbery!! Everybody out there!! Do yourselves a favor and avoid Fairfield Properties. The only thing worse than what they are getting away with is what the Title closers get "tipped" for filing the deeds—more importantly WE can't put up with this nonsense!! Communicate with people better, in the last week someone from Fairfield went above and beyond after I slightly complained, the first time in 13 years. Would not even give a 1 star?
