Restaurant over charging seating fees

I went to the restaurant and when I arrived we asked the hostess to be seated and the hostess told My Sister and I that it's $25 to be seated. We wanted to know what came along with the $25 and he said just to sit. We also wanted to smoke Hookah and he told us that the Hookah cost $50. On a normal day Hookah cost maybe $30.
My desired outcome would be to not be charged a sitting fee and be overcharged for Hookah and other items.
