I booked the hotel for 9 days with my dogs. They charged me an extra 40.00 a night for the dogs for a total of 360.00. There was also a 100.00 deposit when I arrived. I vacated the room and called in 24 hours to check the status of my deposit refund. They state I'm not getting it back because my dogs left hair on the couch and they say the room smelled. The hair on the couch was true but can be vacuumed up but they say they have to call a carpet cleaner. As far as smell my dogs were walked constant and did not go potty in the room. They received 360.00 for the dogs which should cover the cost of cleaning that couch. I just want my deposit back. The staff at the hotel is awesome but the owner not so much. Resolution Sought I want my deposit back.
