Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Contractors name DAN KOBASA was hired to put a floor in our bathroom plus paint it on Tuesday June 8th. He gave us a start date of June Friday June 11. On June 11th he called and said he was sick would do it the following week. No show. He called again and said he would do it on July 3rd. Haven't heard anything since. I called this morning his mail box is full. Resolution Sought Give us a refund.
