I received terrible customer service as well as my hipa rights were violated to the max

I received terrible customer service as well as my hipa rights were violated to the max. I reported to the business owner and supervisor but nothing was done beyond a simple apology. The person who violated hipa and didn't keep my health records private should be terminated immediately and a new appointment she be scheduled to me
