Paid $150 to get legal help for getting dna from my kids father that is deceased and cremated & did not get that help at all , basically they scammed me out of my money for only a conversation, also trying to get me to spend more money that I already could not afford. Tried to get a refund the next day was not able to Resolution Sought Give me a refund

This company promesed me to fix my problem with the child support by making all the legal paperwork and guide me through the process but instead of helping me, they just sent me a paperwork that the court didn't even accepted. They were supposed to know and study my case and use this knowledge to help me resolve the problem. Well when I called them back to tell them that my case is already closed they told me that they won't give me my money back and is basically my mistake for not tell them that my case is already closed. They spent 3 months to send me a paperwork that I was able to buy myself in the court for $50.00. They don't have any idea what is going on on any case. The only thing they do is take advantage of people like me that is trying to solve a problem. I want my money back because they are not professionals at all and they charge you money monthly in top of the initial. Thieves need to close that business and stop talking advantage of desperate people. Resolution Sought To return my money.
