The price on the shelf is Not the price being charged at checkout! For over a year they've been telling me in the store that the shelf prices are a little behind and the price at checkout is actually what corporate is charging! So for me this an obvious bait and switch. Resolution Sought Have the shelf price be the actual price at checkout...

I WAS SHOPPING ON. JULY /11/2025 AT FAMILY DOLLARS ON 6611 s HALSTED ST. CHICAGO IL 60621 WHEN I DONT KNOW WHAT WAS WET ON THE FLOOR I SLIP AND SPRAIN MY KNEE I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL I WENT BACK TO FAMILY DOLLARS TO ASK THE MANAGER DID HE FILE A? INCIDENT REPORT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TO MAKE ONE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY CAME I ASKING HIM FOR THE REPORT NUMBERS. HE TOLD ME THEY DONT GIVE THE REPORT. NUMBER. OUT I ASKED THE MANAGER IS IT A NUMBERS THAT I CAN CONTACT AND HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT ON CORPORATE TO CONTACT ME ITS BEEN A WEEK LATER AND NO ONE HAVE CONTACTED ME AT ALL AND THE MANAGER NOT GIVING ME A NUMBER TO CONTACT CORPORATE TO SEE ABOUT THE REPORT OR TO SEE WHATS MY NEXT STEP Resolution Sought I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE INCIDENT REPORT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO I NEED TO CONTACT FOR THE NEXT STEP.
