Denied meds because of not wearing a face mask or not going to appointments do to wearing a face mask. I have Copd

Denied meds because of not wearing a face mask or not going to appointments do to wearing a face mask. I have Copd an emphysema. To aloud people with disabilities to not have to wear a mask when they have copd and emphysema.
