I make an appointment so I don't have to wait around for them to figure out what is going on.

When you make an appointment with them and show up 15 min early to your appt you are still waiting 15 min after that, ridiculous. When speaking to a Manager Tara who seems to have no clue of how her building is running. It is ridiculous this place is quick to bill you but make you wait forever sitting here past 10 min from my appointment again as I left yesterday because I was waiting 15 min past my appointment. They need to respect their client's appointments. It's ridiculous on the wait time and how the associates treat their clients. They have no idea what going on here!
