We desperately need your help we ordered a poll from Family Pool fun online bought a brand new pool. They called us and said that they didn't have it but they had a return pool are size that was never used and returned and we agree to that come to find out the pool was used which we paid for a brand new one. They did not send us the correct liner that we wanted been trying to get this taken care of Jay and his brother Jeff keep telling us to be patient we purchased this pool September 2nd of 21 and they are rude and if I would have read the reviews that I found online before I purchase this pool. I would have never done it they have very bad customer service they will not talk to us they blocked my phone calls and when I finally got through on another phone then they were telling me that you know do this do this will we keep doing this and it's the same buls*** over and over again please help us with the situation we have been paying on a loan that we borrowed to buy this pole and we still don't have it we have the use poll and Jay said everything was there now we were settling for a used pole in nothing is there we are missing parts he lies to you this company is absolutely horrible and they have Affiliated companies with it please help Resolution Sought The outcome I would really like is to get 100 of our money back if they can't deliver what we paid for and what they promised we also ordered a decking for the pool when we purchase the pool and we don't have that either they lie online about what is in stock and if you go in and read the reviews other people were not satisfied with them
