Customer Complaint

On 6-3-23 I signed a contract with Family Roofing to have my home repaired from hail damage. There has been ongoing problems since I hired them that were reported and dealt with. They never did a final walk through with me and told me that they finished all the repairs. However, after I gave them the second check, which was over $30000 total, I noticed they never fix my outside meter they tore apart. I have reported this to my insurance company that issued the checks and I reported to Family roofing who keeps saying they are coming to fix it but never come. I have all the exchanged texts to confirm everything. Resolution Sought Fix repairing and putting together my outside meter that they tore apart.
