Our insurance company connected us to this company since he felt they could Start work asap . From the very beginning the company gave the insurance company and us issues saying they are worth more then what insurance was willing to pay. Family Roots bought the cheapest of everything ( not what the insurance company was paying them for ). We were to receive premium carpeting and and padding , trim etc . The contractor didn't know how to lay the carpet or padding and because they bought the cheapest trim it didn't match . He was extremely rude and I have texts that show he was threatening and abusive . The company had some other guy come out and couldn't pay carpet or padding and it will be a year when it was suppose to be a 5 day job . They have not completed the job and they have all the insurance money . I have been very patient and they haven't returned any calls . The this company ran with the money and did not complete . We are devastated .they don't return calls , texts or emails . She even signed an extension due to the carpet and trim .they are unprofessional in every way. Resolution Sought They should give us a portion of it back so we can find someone reputable to do the remaining work. They need to help responsible for the unfinished work .
