I placed an order over the phone payment was rendered. Arrived at the store to pick up order was told they needed to swipe my card for payment showed transaction on my account to show that the funds had already been taken out, the managers response was I can't give you your food we have to swipe your card again (even with proof the funds had been removed from my account). Manager was rude and nasty. I haven't received a refund and there is no number to reach corporate. This issue is still unresolved and no one to reach out to for resolution. Resolution Sought Refund my money and some form of apology. I had family in town for a funeral and we just wanted a meal after a very long and hard few days.
