I purchased tickets to see Mean Girls at my local movie theater through Fandango; something came up that was out of my control and I was not able to make the showtime. I explained the situation to the theater manager and they advised me to call Fandango customer service. I called Fandango and they refused referencing their policy. I understand the policy; but if I didn't see the movie, I feel like there should be some sort of credit issued. I worked hard for my money and do not take kindly to my money getting taken and not getting anything in exchange. I would appreciate some remedy to this situation. Resolution Sought I would like an exchange/ credit for my ticket so that I can see it at a later date and time.

I purchased cinema tickets for me and my children I was unable to locate the cinema and I missed my showtime and they kept my money Resolution Sought Money refunded or credit to view movie at different location
