I ordered a hat about 2 months ago. I paid for it online and got the hat. The problem I have now is they took $9.99 out of my account for something I didn't even order. I can't get anyone on the phone when I call them Resolution Sought II WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!

We try to make it as clear as possible. When you claim our t-shirt, it comes with a free trial of VIP membership. VIPs get billed monthly a small membership fee, but you get access to ALL of our products for just shipping costs! ??When your trial ended on 6/24 you started the VIP membership and paid $9.99 monthly.? But of course, our goal is to revolutionize fashion while keeping every single one of our customers happy. We'd be happy to refund you your membership fees as you said you were unaware and were not able to take advantage of its benefits. Your membership is fully canceled, and a refund for $19.98 should show in the next couple business days. (Refunds for August and July membership fee) We hope this takes care of your concerns. There's a lot of bad businesses out there, but we aren't one of them.
