Gave a cash down payment of 2000.00 on Feb 2022, nothing was done. Told contractor I wanted my deposit back, only sent check for 700.00 in June 2022 , I am still owed 1300.00 after numerous texts and phone calls, he changed his email also to avoid me. Resolution Sought I want the rest of my deposit back . I am owed 1300.00 still.
