I have contacted them multiple times back and forth. I have emails on December 21 and before saying my policy needs to be canceled why is it not canceled I was just charged $55 in an email back. It was written we canceled your policy I spoke on the phone with someone from their team a few days ago on the 11th asking is my policy canceled. They said yes, I was charged on the 16th $27. I tried to call their team back my phone says Verizon cannot connect your call. Resolution Sought I would like to be fully refunded I would like to get my money back and potentially some extra for the lies you spewed me, and time I wasted.

The email sent to you dated 01/17/2024 contained the copy of the cancellation notice that was mailed to you stating your policy had been cancelled back to inception date of 11/24/2023 as requested and the company agreed to refund you both payments that were pulled including the retained premium as the new job had not worked out. Processing cancellations and sending refunds is not instant, however, all has been completed as requested.
