Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. FBITN insured caused an accident and I filed a claim. Adjuster was delaying response as much as possible, refused to answer the calls, refused to give a reasonable answer in a negotiation process. I had to talk with the branch general manager, Mr. Joe Brzozowski, who told me in our phone conversation after looking at my claim, that "HERE, IN TENNESSEE, WE DO BUSINESS THIS WAY." I wrote him an email right after our conversation with the request to clarify his words but he decided to back up and said I misunderstood him. It's not acceptable to do business in this manner. It's called acting in a bad faith. I have a right to get all the answers I need in order to understand why is my offer isn't correct but adjusters offer is appropriate. Is there any unwritten rules that Farmers Bureau Insurance is using to trick people like me when the claim is presented? If there are policy that allows them to do that, I would like to read that policy. Resolution Sought 1. I would like to hear the explanation of a phrase that general manager, Joe Brzozowski, said to me "here, in Tennessee, we do business this way" after I asked him a question about the settlement. 2. To settle my claim and move forward with my life.
