YES, train to understand and have a warm heart to customers because we are paying theirs salaries. Integrity in restaurants is important.

I took early retirement after 32 years at American airlines. I moved to San Jacinto 3 years ago 3 times a week have breakfast at farmer boy's restaurant at state and esplanade. Today 5/01/2019 breakfast was cold waited 40 minutes for 3 eggs hash brown bacon and toast while waiting for more coffee to be served for 10 minutes. So I decided to get up and serve myself coffee oh boy 2 crew members came so fast and said I have to wait to get served. I said its only coffee they smiled so I get back to my table one crew member approached me at the table where I was seated told me she wishes I do not come back to eat there anymore. Oh boy it hurt my feelings just for a cup of coffee they rather lose customers. What a bad reputation for the company so I won't go there anymore.
