This business did not conduct the policy of returning furniture. We were told had 24 hours to return the furniture. We immediately tried to call them and tell them we didn't. Want it due to us not living in the trailer we were moving into. The staff would say the manger was t in and we would go by there and he would be there. We tried 10 times to get them to come get it. No staff would be honest. All different excuses. Now the time has passed and they said they couldn't take it back. The staff all lie about time frame. This is a pitiful excuse for a store. No honesty involves. Resolution Sought Let us return the furniture. It has the tags and never been used.

I have been a loyal customer for years and I purchased a new riding zero turn and a self propelled lawn mower At different times and Both had issues and warranty but during COVID they could not service now items paid off and they still won't honor To fix the problem They seems to sell refurbished items that doesn't live out. Resolution Sought Replacement or Fix the problem.
