I called in December 2023 about a couch I bought from Farmer's Home furniture in April 2023. The couch had broken one day while trying to sit on the couch and now there is a huge hole that a person sinks into when sitting on the couch. The representative from Farmer's told me that a repair man would call me and tell me when he can come look at the couch. Well it took nearly two weeks for him to call me. We agreed on a date that he would come. Well that day came and he did not show up or even call me to let me know why he didn't make it. Since then I have called Farmer's again and still received no help or any kind of service. Resolution Sought I would like either a refund for the couch, or for the company replace the couch at no charge.

I told Farmer's Home Furniture to set up my payment for August 19th. It supposed to been paid on August 2nd. I had to pay and important bill and was not able to pay on the 19th. They been calling me all last week. I answer the phone at 7:33 p.m. on August 19th. I talk to a lady about my bill and gave her a date I could come in . She kept saying they need a debt card they can have a file I told her I would be paying cash . She told me I would still receive collections call when I gave her a date I would be in. I was called twice on Friday August 19th at 4:52 p.m . and 7:33 p.m. that was the time I talked to the lady. They called me three times on Saturday August 20th at 8:34 A.M . 10:58A.M. and 2:48 P.M. I'm having a little financial problem at the time but I always pay my bill with them. Resolution Sought Stop with the harassment phone calls.
