I was in an accident with one of there carriers and it was there fault. Farmers didn't do anything about, cause they kept telling me it's an investment on with the person that hit on July 16th 2024 in a parking lot at Starbucks. We received your inquiry in which Mr. Givens is seeking payment for the damages to his vehicle. We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and to respond. Our records reflect that the claim supervisor has contact Mr. Givens to explain that there is no coverage for this loss. We would therefore be unable to assist him with his property damage claim and would respectfully direct him back to his insurance carrier. My mom had storm damage 2 different times to her home the 1st was her fence blew down some trees hit her roof estimate was 8k they gave her 900. Tthen in November 2022 the storm vortex hit her roof blew neighbors tree on her roof so we called a roofer and he called the PA of Iowa the one said 70k worth of repairs the other said 65k farmers or formost sent their rats out and they gave mom 500 bucks these insurance agencies seriously need to be sued please forgive me for my insults but maybe if there mom had surgery before they'd get a little angry too Resolution Sought Would be to have my mom's home repaired

We regret Mr. Nicola’s dissatisfaction, but our review indicates we addressed Marna Nicola’s claims appropriately. Ms. Nicola’s prior claim was filed in 2021 (number 7003538496-1). And payment was issued to remove the fallen tree. Unfortunately, the amount owed to repair the remaining damage to the home and fence fell below the policy deductible, so no payment could be issued. The more recent claim in 2022 (number 7005815238-1) was initially addressed and paid in March 2023. Ms. Nicola and her public adjuster disagreed with the amount paid, and requested the matter be addressed through the appraisal process. This was completed in November 2023, and an additional payment based on the appraisal award was issued at that time.

The amount given to my mother Marna Nicola was way to small of an amount for the damage due to the storm just her roof and gutters would easily be 12k and actually moms heart condition actually started up after that first claim in 2021 I just hope that Farmers or Foremost realizes that the damages are a lot more then they gave mom I'd like to send my pictures to those siting in their offices and wonder how they feel if one of their parents had racoons in their attic we're looking for a attorney to help if possible thank you
