I was in a accident and I was hit by driver using travlers insurance I gave them my information and sent it certified mail to travelers and have not heard or received anything about this subject I go to renew my license and farmers insurance turned it over to collections CCS to be exact and now the collection company had my license suspended instead of doing there job and contacting my insurance company now I have no license unless I pay 3500 to the collection company Resolution Sought I want these companies to take the items of my BMV so I can make appointments

The pipe in the kitchen broke water came out and damaged cabinets and stuff. Christine Turskey was the Farmer Insurance in charge of claim. She came here and said that they would replace the dining table and chairs another table and since we couldn't cook to save all receipts of the places we ordered food from that they would reenburse us for 500 a week but none of those things were done. We called her everyday she never answered we left messages and even Julio who was in charge of the work they did here would call and leave messages an emails and still nothing. We want something done. The pipe broke on 4/19/23. Also,they broke the tile in the kitchen and she said it would get repaired and nothing. When we call Farmers Insurance to speak to her manager they would just transfer us to her voice-mail they would pretend to want to help us but just gave us the run around. If there's someone that speaks Spanish that would help out. I give Farmer Insurance NO STARS. Resolution Sought To pay to replace what was damaged fix floor and reimburse for the food and for lying and ignoring our calls.

When Christine came to my parents house she came with Roberto and he was in charge of the workers and the receipts were sent to him to give to Christine like she asked. The same workers were also trying to help my parents contact Christinr to address the problems but no answer. I don't know what payment they are talking about because my parents did not receive any payments or estimate she's lying . How many missed calls and voice messages did you have from my brothers phone, my phone and my parents My parents don't speak English that good and there old they feel you took advantage of that. Very disappointing!!

We appreciate the opportunity to provide a follow up response. Upon review of our records, we can advise that on February 26, 2024, Claims Supervisor Jelynn Poffenberger provided a breakdown of all payments as well as the repair and contents estimates associate with the Pallares' claim including the most recent payment for the wood China cabinet and chairs.
