Address it or get rid of him

I go to this fast mart all the times but the last couple time I'm thinking about taking my business somewhere else. There is a tall good looking black that just started about a month ago. He turns to get my cigarettes and his sweat are down pass his butt. I don't want to see his underwear. Ok nobody wears mask no more. Go in about 5 a.m and this dude has a full face mask in can only see his eyes and smell of pot so bad surprised I didn't get a contact high. This keeps happening I'm done. Address it or get rid of him. My star is because what experience I've had lately
