I placed an order on fashion nova online this morning, only to find out my card was charged twice in the amount of $388.97. So in total $777.94, the want me to return the order that was not supposed to be doubled back to fashion nova to receive a store credit of one order of $388.97. This is ridiculous and they need to give me back my money and not a store credit. Customer service is horrible. I filed out a contact for 10 times today at 9am because they don't have a phone number and only respond through email. They eventually got back with me at 3pm today 4/3. I will never shop here again and they need to be stopped because I am not the only one they have done this too. Resolution Sought I want my money back in my account not a store credit.

I returned items at the beginning of March to Fashion Nova and received confirmation that the returns had been received. They were sending me a gift card via email but it was never received. I reached out to customer service, they stated it will be sent again. After over 40 emails back and forth, I still have not received the email with the gift card, and they say it was sent. When I follow up they tell me to check my spam and junk emails. I receive all the emails from customer service but when it comes to the gift cards nothing. Resolution Sought I would like to have the gift card sent to me via text or mail.
