Hard to communicate with business!

I ordered a purse from them and it came in the wrong color and the wrong Style. Good thing I use PayPal because that was the only way I could contact them. Just want to let people know. They are not easy to work with, they do not return text or emails. I would not recommend anybody ordering from them Just to inform other customers.
