I had sold some items that I was selling total of 7 items, 4 sandals and 3 designer purses, so we agreed to do buyout with them on all 7 items and accepted the offer then they email us the shipping label and ship list of the 7 items they're buying We went to fed ex did the print out of the shipping label and print out for the ship list to place inside the shipping box with all 7 items took it to UPS near our house they put it on the scale to scan the shipping label and gave us the shipping receipt . From there the shipment was taken to the ups facility in Cerritos where it stay for 2 days because we contact ups and ask why it's not moving they told us to contact The FASHIONPHILE claim team which we did they told us not to worry they will do a investigation that will take 14 days and they will let us know what is going on. After 14 days they contact me thru E-mail saying they can't find the shipment it maybe lost but they will pay me out so I was happy till they told me the pay out was only for 4 items when I sent out 7 items that they agreed to buy because I have the ship list with all 7 items .when they told me they are doing investigation I'm thinking for all 7 items why would they just do for only 4 items it makes no sense . Should FASHIONPHILE do a deep investigation at the UPS first drop off and contact them for more information on their package the time it was drop off and get video footage of the package. Can you please help look into this case . Resolution Sought I want them to give the payout for the 3 items which is the purses that was part of the sale items I sent out .
