Doug at Fast Fit Body Sculpting gave me 24 sessions for 5000.00 when they did not produce the desired results he gave me an additional 6 sessions which did absolutely nothing more for me. He offered those extra sessions because could see that the original 24 hadn't worked. Once the last session was over and I left the facility, Doug no longer returned any of my text messages, which is how we communicated all along, his voice mail was full, and he did not return the messages I left with the front desk staff. He has been avoiding me since May 1 my last session. I am at a loss. I do not know what to do. I have tried my best to reach him for a simple chat with no results. I have read many Yelp review and google reviews that are very similar to mine. However, when you look at the review on his website they are only all positive reviews. He must delete the negative ones. 5,000.00 is way to much money to be wasted. I followed his entire meal plan to the "T". Which was pretty simple. Fruit all day up until dinner. Then fish/chicken veggies for dinner. Nothing else . And still no results. Please help me come to some resolution with this guy. Resolution Sought I believe they own me a refund. I can't be sure but I believe I read someplace that there was a guarantee if you follow the plan and it doesn't work.

I started my account in March of 2022. I began my sessions but did not finish. I was told I had 1 year to complete and now company has gone out of business while I still owe 5500 to ally bank Resolution Sought Refund requested for unused sessions
