I paid for 1 to 3 day shipping My order did not ship until Friday 4 days after placing the order I contacted the company four times by phone and spoke to a live representative however I still do not have the package and upon just receiving the tracking information I am not going to receive it until Friday the 24th I want my money back for one to three day shipping Resolution Sought I want my money back for one to three day shipping when they sent it ground

Customers submitted a complaint that they paid for 1-3 day shipping. We do not guarantee delivery dates, we do say they will ship in 1-2 business days. Once a product is in the hands of our carrier we cannot guarantee the delivery date. We are sorry that we didn't meet the customers expectations and his order has been refunded in full on May 21st.

The company is a good company they did make right after not shipping my order for a week I did receive a refund on the shipping and I did receive my product thank you very much
