I booked this service through Groupon but before I booked the service on Groupon I made sure I read the fine print on the actual website for the business. When I called the business to book / schedule a move the person on the phone took me all the way through the call and then when it was time for payment and I mentioned that I had a Groupon he then start telling me all of these disclaimers that are not mentioned anywhere on Groupon or on their website. When I told him I did go to the website before I booked this deal he argued with me and told me that I did not read the fine print and then he hung up on me. I've been had to call back from a different number to get him to even answer the phone because I wanted to speak to a supervisor or the owner of the company he claimed that he was both and that he got rude with me because he was matching my energy. And then after I let him know that I would be reporting him to the BBB he started to text me and told me that he was reporting me to every moving company in the area so that they would not move my belongings and now we're here I have screenshots of the text message and according to their business their phone calls are recorded so you should be able to hear both of the phone calls. Resolution Sought They don't need to be in business however I would never stop somebody from making money but they definitely need to take some classes on handling customers and also about how their website reads and their quotes on quote fine print.
