the woman would rather lie and pretend my husband's health is a joke she needs a new job

The online link said walking in was still an option. I walked in and the lady Michelle stated, "it would be 5 hours... " and I replied "I don't mind..." "you got 3 people in front of you..." and I noticed her looking at the 3 people in the same family going in the same room ... she said "it's a joke..." no it's a lie because after you register you have the option to see your spot in line.... the woman would rather lie and pretend my husband's health is a joke she needs a new job .... Her terminated she's pushing people out the door and it's been said to me before they close at 8:00 I got there at 7:00 she shouldn't be doing that... registration is completed by 7:33 and it be done alot quicker if Michelle wasn't there and sick people don't wanna hear jokes
