I am filing a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase I made through the BidFTA auction platform, which I believe involved misleading and deceptive business practices. I successfully bid on and purchased two pallets that were advertised with stated values of $3,188 and $2,188. These represented values were a primary factor in my decision to participate in the auction and ultimately purchase the items. Upon receiving the pallets and inspecting their contents, I found that the items included were significantly below the represented value. The merchandise appeared to consist largely of low-value, unsellable, or miscellaneous goods that do not reasonably align with the advertised dollar amounts. I contacted BidFTA's customer support team to address this discrepancy. I was informed that, because pallet auctions do not include an itemized list of contents, all sales are considered "as-is" and are not eligible for refunds. While I understand the general nature of "as-is" sales, I do not believe this condition justifies assigning specific and substantial monetary values to pallets while simultaneously disclaiming knowledge of their contents. In my view, presenting pallets with inflated or unsupported valuations, without transparency or itemization, creates a misleading impression for consumers and directly influences bidding behavior. This practice raises serious concerns about the accuracy and fairness of the company's listings. I respectfully request a Resolution Sought I want my $471 refunded.

I purchased a bed that was the wrong color and the response was I should had looked at it before I left the item was very heavy and if I would had open at the facility all the pieces would had been falling out of the 100 plus pound box this place is a scam and it seems like it's always the same location on Wilson Road that selling items that's not correct. Resolution Sought Return item and get my money back.
