My Complaint is that ever since I never received the right part that I had ordered on the phone with a Mr. Alstern and he withdrew $79.23 from my Visa Credit Account on that same day on Tuesday October 31, 2023. Later on Thursday, November 10, 2023, I was then only being credited back $14.76 back to my credit account after Mr. Alstern had made the wrong order. Ever since then, I have been trying to get a hold of Mr. Alstern pertaining to $64.47 difference that he still owes me by crediting back to my Visa banking account. I have been ever since trying to get a hold of Mr. Alstern. I have been calling him every day and have also been leaving him voice messages to call me back as well. I feel he is ignoring my phone calls and my messages as well. Please if you can, Take care of this Matter for me. I am still trying to get a hold of Mr. ALSTERN for this Month of December. I'm still unable to get a hold of him at all. Mr. ALSTERNS Phone number is 1-401-753-2373. You can also try calling him at this number at 1-888-716-1651. He is a hard man to get a hold of. All I want from Mr. Alstern is to fully credit me back the difference of $64.47 and credited back to my VISA Banking Account. That is all that I Wish for. That's All. Resolution Sought All I want from Mr. ALSTERN is to fully refund me back the difference of $64.47 dollars and credited back to my Visa Banking Account number. That is all that I am asking from Mr. ALSTERN.
