I received a letter in the mail from the IRS, stating that they need me to verify my identity. I told a friend about this letter then he took it upon himself and contacted this tax place I had used. She then, answered any and all questions he had about my taxes. Even agreeing to meet up with him to give him my W-2. That was not professional at all. And she had absolutely no permission to discuss any of my information with anyone. I'm very upset with how they handled that situation. I'm refusing to pay them for their actions Resolution Sought For them to forget about getting any money for filing my taxes

In answer to the complaint. I have never or will I ever discuss another persons tax return to a person that was not listed on the return. I do remember someone calling about another person and telling them to have that person call me. I have tried to call Miss Reedy numerous times as she has not picked up her folder with her tax papers in them. If you do contact her tell her the office is open on Thursdays from 9-2. She can come in then and talk to me.
