I purchased a short block from being. After delays as to why I did not receive it they then told me they cancelled the transaction. With out consulting me. Once I have as told about it they say refund would be in full . No restocking fee. After waiting longer then their expected payout then was told the following day would account payables refund my account. Hours later I get phone call stating what address I would like a check mailed out because they can not process refunds online. Resolution Sought I want my refund now. Immediately. Not by check that could possibly be fraud.
