The lady we spoke to on the phone took our money, it clearly states we had 48 hours to submit a refund request and we did a same day cancellation. She is now refusing to refund us our money. Resolution Sought Give us our money back

We ran the credit card and couldn't reverse it. We told them that they would get the money back, my boss was out of town, dispute resolution is fine.

It has been almost 2 months now and my bank still has not heard a response from the company on us getting our money back. It needs to be taken care of immediately please.
