They deserve NO star ! ZERO

Was originally told 45 min wait time, then after an hour I called them. They said, "5 minutes more min due to traffic." After another 1 hour. I called ATT because they contracted the tow to begin with. They lied to At&t saying I cust them out, which I didn't. They lied about my location, saying I wasn't there. I was locked out of my car. FasTack is unprofessional, rude customer service and they lie on the customers.

Driver out of control

The driver decided to cut me off and decide to hit my car.
