Had my transmission replaced August 17,2017. Car is at the dealership and was advised the transmission needs to be replaced. This was done less than 5 years ago. I am upset as I have never heard this happening in less than 5 yrs usually transmissions should last longer than this time period. I definitely feel I should not have to pay $5000. Spoke to Service Advisor who offered no resolution and also Assistant Service Manager. Please help their telephone number 215-887-8870 Mgr Mercedes. Resolution Sought Have transmission replaced free of charge as paid for transmission already.
