Internet job was affect by the pandemic which unfortunately caused me to put my mortgage on hold through the mortgage company Mr. Cooper. They sold my mortgage to Faye servicing while they were working on getting me back on track once I started back working, that over a year now. I sent them hundreds of pages of paper work showing them my income my husband income and my daughter's income but they were always requesting more documents until now they just sent out letters to me to hurry up and get rid of my house before they foreclose on me. I'm 63 years old have worked hard for my house to remain in it and they are not trying to hep me stay in it they want to take my house away and leave me homeless. Resolution Sought I would like them to be fair with their business practices and help people like myself stay in their homes not trying to take it away. Because between myself my husband and daughter plus I rent one unit we sure can afford the mortgage. But Faye servicing is presently under investigation on how they operate. I did research on them. 2017 there was a lawsuit against them for how their business practices are harming the poor.

On 3/01/22 I found out my homeowners insurance had not been paid and if not paid by 03/09/22 it will be canceled. I called Fay Servicing on 3/1/22 @ 9:03 talked to Gary in insurance department. Got the run around was told in the computer the payment had been requested twice and he would request a thirde time. I hung up and called my insurance company on 03/01/22 talked to Amy who confirmed payment had not been received and a invoice was mailed to them on1/18/22 and again 2/12/22. On 3/2/22 Called Fay Servicing @ 2:15 talked to Morisha. was told they don't have an invoice, I asked for there fax number called National General insurance talked to Stephanie @ 2:35 3/2/22 I requested she fax invoice to Fay Servicing and gave her fax number they gave me. On 3/3/22 @9:05 am called Fay Servicing again was told they received the invoice and it will be put in for payment. I asked him to make sure that they knew if payment is not received by 3/9/22 it will be canceled. at this point payment still not paid, and no one will tell me why. I pay monthly payments including escrow for taxes and insurance My account number is 282315 Resolution Sought Pay the Insurance before its canceled
