Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. PLEASE HELP! Fay servicing is a fraudulant mortgage company thats accepting mortgage payment, yet not providing legally upheld coverage. After almost a year of payments and despite desperate tries of communication/continually DROPPED phone calls, I am unable to salvage my home of 25 years. They say they have not received my initial application, one customer representative said they received half of my application, but the pages were "smudged". However, I have left the company go under my radar, for they do say that they have received my payment. This has caused problems with home owners insurance, and with my home being on foreclosure, I keep sending money to salvage my asset, with failure to have any coverage. Resolution Sought This business needs to be thoroughly audited, and my home needs to be taken off of the foreclosure status. That, or my money refunded. Obviously, based on their constant negative reviews, they are a scam agency and need to be sued/put out of business

This is my mortgage company and I've been trying to pay my mortgage, but they are giving me the run around etc. I've sent several emails at this point. I need help. I'm a single mom of 3. I don't need to be kicked out into the streets when I am trying to pay. Resolution Sought Call me back and set up a day (12-15-21) and take out both months of my payment. with the card they have on file.
