This is a debt collection agency I called them to settle or pay the amount that was owed. They settled for $940.00, I paid that amount exactly 34 days ago. I still have not received any documentation that I have a 0 balance and it is still on my credit. I called to request this information and was told they could not provide me any information but Kristen did show I had a 0 balance. Resolution Sought Give me a notice stating that I have a 0 balance and remove it from my credit report.
