Problems every month

They have been the servicer of my mortgage for a little over a year. Every month it is a new issue. First they held my checks for weeks before cashing them and then posting them. I complained so they started cashing them but used extremely creative accounting methods, for posting them. I sent my payment plus additional principal and they would put it all in a suspense account, I complain so they post the payment and a late fee, I complain so they reverse the late fee and post to principal 3 weeks later. Then they post the payment on the day that I make the payment, a day before my mortgage is due but charge me a late fee for paying early. Then my payment amount goes up almost $200, but they don't tell me on my statement they send me, thank goodness I remembered that according to my mortgage the payment was going to go up and sent them the correct amount, they cash the check and they cash the next check yet my statement shows absolutely no payments recieved in the last 30 days even though they recieved and cashed two payments plus addtional principal. I still have 20 years on mortgage. I dread opening my mortgage statements, because I know it will be wrong and I will have to put my complaint in writing again to get it corrected.
