Fears Nachawati Law Firm complaints

I am involved in the xarelto class action suit with Fears and Natchawati representing me on the matter and it has become an entire hassle to get any type of communication from them over the last 4 years. I know that the case was settled out in the amount of $775 million dollars and even though ALL the medical professionals who were involved in it 3rd party in some way have been paid off as well as some other ppl who were part of it but I have not seen a penny, a letter from the firm or ANY OTHER KIND OF COMMUNICATION in regards to the subject!! I have however, received a phone call from a "brand new employee who had no idea of what case I was referring to when I placed the first complaint against them with the BBB but was ONLY concerned about whether or not I would pull the original complaint. I am NOT SATISFIED WITH ANYTHING THAT LAW FIRM HAS DONE IN THE LAST 4 YEARS that I have been waiting for an answer from. My next step will probably be going to the law board of Texas where this particular branch is located and I don't want to go that route but I am tired of being put off and ignored by an attorney that I hired to begin with!! The last correspondence I received was in 2018 claiming that the case was about over and I'll be called with an offer very soon....that was 4 yrs ago and nothing aside from yet another broken promise on some mail I was to be expecting to come in the mail AFTER I filed the complaint! Resolution Sought For me to get an answer as to what exactly is going on with my case....whether it's I am not getting anything and here's the written explanation and proof as to why not or what have you. I am a wounded army vet living off disability and that settlement money I was told I would DEFINITELY receive would take a huge load off my stress levels financially...especially now that there's a pandemic in active order and everyday I fear I will end up sick myself or homeless or both!
