I ordered four birds that cost over 200. The day I received them one of the most costly ones was dead. I sent a pic and they want to give me a 63.00 credit with them I want another bird of that specific breed or my money of 78..00 Resolution Sought Put my 78.00 back in my account for the price I paid for the purchase of the black ones I do not want a credit I do not wish to purchase from them again.

Hi there, you paid $63 for that baby chick with the discount you were given when you ordered. We can not send just 1 baby chick in the mail. We are simply following our policy and sent you the credit.
