Incomplete and defective work - won't honor warranty.

Tom Featherstone was paid handsomely to do outside wood repair, gutter repair, and paint for an insurance inspection. I paid for a roof certification, as well. After a few months, a gutter blew out immediately when it started raining. I called him to tell him and he said he would fix it for FREE since he had the gutter material, but he was busy so he would call me. Meanwhile the rain was blowing out many holes in the gutter NOW and made the eves underneath turn moldy and rot. The rain is over and I called him back within the 1 year warranty. He told me I would have to pay him to fix the gutter. I reminded him of what he told me 5 months ago. He told me he still has the material and then he yelled at me, telling me the roof was shot, he only did the work for me to pass the insurance inspection, and that I had to pay him now. I told him the eaves underneath the holes in the gutter are now rotting and moldy.... he told me he was busy and hung up on me without even telling me his cost. He doesn't seem to care if my house functions correctly during the rain, just that it looked good for an inspection. I find Tom Featherstone to be unprofessional, his prices are extremely expensive, and he doesn't do complete or quality work. He berated his 2 employees, yelling at them continuously during the job. He refused to fill in the cracks in the stucco and bragged about the paint filling them in. The cracks are still there, only longer. I would never recommend him to anyone. He's got a very nasty, caustic manner about him and does not honor his work warranty. I'm a single, disabled woman and he knows that.
