Lack of professionalism and refuse to refund even though website states 100% money back

I was interested in paying back my student loans and thought that Federal Student Alliance would help me woth that. However, I recommend if you have student loans you do not need to go through a 3rd party. They took out 495.00 dollar fee just to process my loans and send to U.S. Dept of Education.You can send the information for student loans directly with no fee. What makes it worse is they will charge you an additional 30.00 a month on top of whatever your monthly student loan as a maintance fee,which is not fair to customers trying to pay their debt off. When I called for a refund and to cancel my services, they never answer the phone or respond to my emails. I would get a automatic reply, that they are busy due to high call volume. Even when I call they will tell me to leave a message due to high call volume. I still have not received a call or email as of today. Do not fall for this company, they will rob you blind as you are trying to pay off your student loans.Go directly through US Dept of education and get it consolidated for FREE. They claim they can get your loans cheaper and thats not true at all.
