I paid around $99 for another one year warranty for my Hot Point washer? Threw Service Protection Advantage? They didn't want to cover my washer because the repair person reported roach infestation in the board and the board was replaced on the washer it was working after that? Then they had sent out another repair person to fix the washer, the repair person said it needed a water pump, repair lady Roxanne said the washer didn't work after she put on the water pump and it needed another board? I told the repair lady that's a new board? This board was working till Roxanne from J& M appliance Repair business that service protection Advantage uses to send out repair people to fix the appliance? The lights on the board were lighted up before the repair lady finished with the washer she said it needed another board? I told her that is anew board, it can't need another board? My husband checked the board and said she shorted the board out when she was Putting in the water pump caused it to short out? Service Advantage doesn't want to pay me back my warranty I already paid for another year till September of 2023 ? The lady I spoke to in consumer Relations said they used my warranty to pay off there bill on my washer repair ? And I am not getting my warranty money back on my washer? My washer is still under there warranty? Another lady I talked to in consumer relations Told me in order to get my warranty money back was to email assurant.com and pu Resolution Sought I want my refund on my extended warranty till September 2023 which was around $99 and the washer is a Lemon, I really would want the money back for the washer I paid for It? was making noises since I bought it?

Contract #425-6995281 We scheduled a service appt. for 6/24/21 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and the serviceperson arrived after the scheduled time - and only after our calling several times and we never received a call about the delay. The serviceperson is with Nana company - we signed up for GE service and that is what we want. We have been with your company for over 13 years. This was very poor service. Resolution Sought We want all future service calls to be by GE servicepersons and we expect better communications.
