On Tuesday 3/2/26 a package delivered by FED EX to my house was thrown on my step by the driver. I saw it on my Ring Video camera. I reported this to FED EX and a supervisor named Dan told me that the driver say he didn't do it but he did. I felt that Dan could care less about what happened. His driver says he didn't do it and he was OK with that. So I told him I would report it to WALMART which I did. I felt like FEDEX could care less about how my package Resolution Sought FedEx needs to apologize for how the driver handled my package. Is this what how train their drivers to treat customers packages?????. It came across to me that he really doesn't like his job!! Otherwise this would not have happened!! Thank you I would like to speak to a professional person to help settle this matter

ATT ordered a phone for me. This purchase was to be delivered by FED EX. This seems like such a simple request. But they kept delivering the phone in the am and leaving door tags. I called them on several occasions and tried to get a later delivery time. But they kept delivering it the same time. I called again and the foreign rep lied and stated "it will be delivered by 8pm". Now every time I call the message is —tracking number which leads me through this loop of We tried to deliver but we were unable to I saw the fed ex truck in my neighborhood at 6 pm ( they say they don't deliver after 5 pm) another lie. I told them I do not get home until 6 pm daily. And I cannot get to their building. I have tried for hours to contact them by email because their customer service reps are foreign and keep repeating themselves. It is too expensive to sign the tag for them to leave it in the am to sit on the front steps for it to be stolen. Or a neighbor which is none of their business. I do not understand why they cannot provide good customer service and vary their delivery times. They keep saying they are going to return the package to Apple. Maybe then I will ask them why they chose FED EX and not UPS. My next step is to contact Apple. Resolution Sought Allow texts or online for concerns and communication and complaints. And stop having the tracking number entry. Having the customer service reps repeat themselves with nonsense (annd not allowing you to speak with a supervisor….instead of relating to the proper persons the information that is needed for best service for each customer.
