Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I expected a delivery from Petco on Thursday. It was delayed; would arrive Friday; again delayed; would arrive Saturday. On Saturday I had an email that delivery was attempted; unsuccessful; would arrive Sunday. On Sunday a text said it would be delivered by 8 PM. I contacted FedEx to confirm. Representative said it wasn't put on the truck today, so it'll be delivered Monday. She transferred me to a supervisor who said the same thing. He doesn't know why; can't contact the warehouse because it closed at 10 AM. He's sorry for the inconvenience; there's nothing he can do except tell me to expect the delivery tomorrow. The reason the package wasn't delivered Sat is that the driver attempted to deliver it, but there was no one to accept the package or the business was closed. This is my home. I live in apartment; 225 apartments in the building; 24/7 security. Obviously, the driver didn't attempt to make the delivery. This is business as usual for weekend FedEx. I've learned that if an order is expected on Saturday or Sunday, I can expect it on Monday. I shared my thoughts about driver training & whether drivers who lie about deliveries should keep their jobs. Resolution Sought Deliver my package. Retrain drivers. Fire lazy drivers.

Two separate shipments delivered to the wrong address. A supposed Customer Support Supervisor actually laughed at me when trying to get them to find my packages that they misdelivered. Claims were filed. This has been an issue with Fed Ex mis delivering multiple packages. The two in question have a value of $513.55. Documentation can be provided to show proof of this against Fed Ex. Resolution Sought I want my packages or for Fed Ex to pay for the merchandise.
