Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered some beer steins from dicks sporting goods. They ship federal express and federal express has delivered the beer steins but not to my house They delivered it to a neighbor that is out of town for the winter. Well I received a photo from federal express saying my package was delivered and the photo was my neighbors house . So when I arrived home my package was not where it should have been .i let federal express know I had not received it an sent a copy of there receipt and picture of my neighbors house and an explanation that it's not mine and also sent a picture of my house and address and no response from them. I lost a $350 heater for my bathroom because the same thing happened in December 2024 and they refused to take responsibility, they are a million + dollar company they need to step up or shut down I want my money or merchandise Resolution Sought Give me my money back
