On March 4, 2024, FedEx stated they delivered a package to my have but I never received the package. The house they delivered the package to is not my house. I contacted Shein and refused to refund me because stated that FedEx shows on their website a photo that it was delivered to the right address. I send FedEx and photos of my house and they refused to help me. FedEx delivered a package to my house on March 18, 2024 and I send the photo to Shein to prove that the photo on March 4, 2024 is not my refund but still want refund me for the merchandise. The claims department for FedEx stated that they have a contract with Shein that Shein supposed to issue refunds. Shein states that it was FedEx who delivered it to the wrong house and they should refund me. Tracking # 271558167857. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my lost package.

Consistent shipping issues. Twice my packaged was delayed and damaged.. there is no accountability at fedex. Drivers say they delivered or attempted to and never did so.. i spent 1200 on iphone 15 pro max and there is no update as to when im going to get it.. very very horrible shipping service and customer service.. 3rd time in a row with the same issue shipping delayed then so called packaged damaged Resolution Sought I would like my package delivered to me immediately or be available to pick up at fedex location immediately. This is outrageous..
