Ordered a package from Sam's club that was shipped with federal express was someone home all day long got a text that package was delivered to front porch but federal express sent a picture of the package but it was not on the porch it was sitting in the back of a truck a hour after the package was supposedly delivered a fed ex truck pulled into our driveway saying he was there to deliver the package that they said had already been delivered but surprised the package was not on the truck. Driver all but admitted to me that someone in the warehouse had stolen the package and marked it delivered I called the fed ex help line and the person who I talked to refused to get a supervisor would only give me her first name which was Gretchen and said tough luck get a refund from company not their problem they also could not provide proof of the delivery. Package never arrived fed ex said nothing they can do and Sam's had to issue a refund this is a ongoing problem with fed ex and someone needs to be held accountable for it the excuse they give that it is not their problem is frustrating with a lot of people and I am tired of that excuse I find it hard to believe that they have no idea who was driving their truck or who took the picture of the package. Resolution Sought I would like fed ex to take responsibility for their actions and not keep giving the excuse that nothing they can do about it

On March 4, 2024, FedEx stated they delivered a package to my have but I never received the package. The house they delivered the package to is not my house. I contacted Shein and refused to refund me because stated that FedEx shows on their website a photo that it was delivered to the right address. I send FedEx and photos of my house and they refused to help me. FedEx delivered a package to my house on March 18, 2024 and I send the photo to Shein to prove that the photo on March 4, 2024 is not my refund but still want refund me for the merchandise. The claims department for FedEx stated that they have a contract with Shein that Shein supposed to issue refunds. Shein states that it was FedEx who delivered it to the wrong house and they should refund me. Tracking # 271558167857. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my lost package.
